12 Week Rewire & Thrive HypnoCoaching Client Agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms under which HypnoCoaching services are provided by The Mindful Generation (Laura Styles).
By making this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Nature of Coaching and Hypnotherapy
I understand that the services provided as part of the Rewire and Thrive programme are coaching and hypnotherapy services, not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.
I acknowledge that:
- My Coach is not acting as a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or medical professional.
- Coaching and hypnotherapy are not a substitute for mental health care, medical care, psychoanalysis, or substance misuse treatment.
- No diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition is offered or implied.
Results cannot be guaranteed.
I understand that I am fully responsible for my own wellbeing, choices, and actions during and after the programme.
2. Client Responsibility & Consent
I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and provide informed consent for coaching and hypnotherapy to support goals that I define.
I understand that:
Insights, reflections, and suggestions offered are supportive in nature.
My progress depends on my own engagement and actions.
I may be given optional practices or reflections between sessions; choosing not to complete them may affect outcomes.
I must be aged 18 or over to join this programme.
3. Programme Details
Programme: Rewire and Thrive - 12 Week Programme
Coach: Laura Styles
Delivery: 10 x 60 minute sessions will take place via either zoom or google meet.
Session recordings: All sessions will be recorded and shared with me via my private portal for my personal use.
I understand that session recordings and any hypnotherapy audio files shared as part of this programme are provided for my personal use only. I agree not to share, distribute, reproduce or publish any recordings or audio materials with any third party in any format, including via social media or messaging platforms. These materials remain the intellectual property of The Mindful Generation.
I agree that my start date begins on the day session 1 is scheduled and that between Laura and I, we can tweak sessions to accommodate school holidays and similar. We agree on the 2 integration weeks as I go through the programme.
Investment: £1,888, paid in full or £666 (x 3) paid monthly.
I agree to complete the assessment form at least 48 hours before my first session.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Use of Sessions
Session scheduling will be agreed between myself and The Mindful Generation.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less notice are not refundable.
In rare circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled by The Mindful Generation with reasonable notice.
Sessions must be used within the agreed programme timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Communication Between Sessions
Between-session contact via email or Instagram is available for administrative matters only (e.g. scheduling, logistics or queries).
6. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content will be treated as confidential.
Confidentiality may be limited where:
- disclosure is required by law
- there is a risk of harm to myself or others
- abuse or neglect is disclosed
I understand that digital communication (email, Zoom, messaging platforms) carries inherent security risks, which I accept.
This agreement aligns with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) Code of Ethics, of which Laura Styles is a member.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
All personal data collected during this programme is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is collected for the purpose of delivering coaching and hypnotherapy services only, held securely, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting laura@mindful-generation.com. Data will be retained for a period of 7 years following the end of the programme in line with professional practice guidelines, after which it will be securely deleted.
8. Liability & Release
I agree that:
- Coaching and hypnotherapy are collaborative processes.
- I remain solely responsible for decisions made in my personal or professional life.
- The Mindful Generation and Laura Styles are not liable for any financial, emotional, professional, or personal outcomes resulting from my participation.
I hereby release and discharge The Mindful Generation and Laura Styles from any claims arising from my participation in the programme.
9. Early Termination
The Mindful Generation reserves the right to terminate services early in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, conflict of interest, inappropriate behaviour, or professional discretion).
In the event of early termination by either party, refunds are not available as standard. In exceptional personal circumstances, Laura from The Mindful Generation may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion, calculated on the basis of sessions remaining and resources already provided. This discretion does not create an entitlement to a refund.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between myself and Laura Styles of The Mindful Generation and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
